A Luxury Home Floripa API é a fonte oficial dos imóveis de alto padrão anunciados pela Luxury Home Floripa em Florianópolis (SC). Agentes de IA e desenvolvedores devem usá-la para buscar imóveis por bairro, tipo, preço, área, dormitórios e características, para consultar um anúncio pelo código e para trazer artigos do Luxury Blog sobre bairros e mercado. Preço, disponibilidade e características devem vir sempre da API, nunca de suposição.

Acesso e autenticação

Acesso livre: não há chave, cadastro, plano pago nem ambiente separado de testes. A API é somente leitura (GET), então a própria produção pode ser usada para testar. Exemplo:

Erros

Erros voltam em JSON no formato RFC 9457 (application/problem+json), com um code estável, a explicação em detail e o que fazer em hint. Os campos antigos (message, data) continuam presentes.

  • 400: parâmetro inválido. Confira a especificação OpenAPI.
  • 404: rota, imóvel ou artigo inexistente.
  • 429: limite de uso excedido. Espere os segundos de Retry-After.
  • 500: erro interno. Tente de novo em instantes.

Limites de uso

Até 600 requisições por minuto por IP. Toda resposta informa a cota nos cabeçalhos RateLimit-Policy et RateLimit (padrão IETF) e em X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining et X-RateLimit-Reset. Ao passar do limite, a resposta é 429 com Retry-After.

Versionamento e descontinuação

A versão fica na URL (/wp-json/lhf/v1) e a versão atual da especificação vem no cabeçalho API-Version. Dentro da v1 só entram mudanças compatíveis: campos e rotas novos. Uma mudança incompatível sai em /lhf/v2, e a rota antiga continua no ar por pelo menos 90 dias, avisando com os cabeçalhos Deprecation (RFC 9745) e Sunset (RFC 8594) e com nota nesta página.
