Florianópolis: 8 day travel itinerary

Day 1 in Florianópolis: Historic city center

Morning – Start your day by exploring the historic city center. Visit the Public Market for breakfast and try some local specialties like tapioca and açai bowls. Afterward, take a walk around the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge and take in the stunning views of the bay.

Afternoon – Head to the southern part of the island to visit Campeche Beach. Here you can relax on the sand and take a dip in the crystal clear waters. For lunch, stop at the popular restaurant Praia Campeche for some fresh seafood.

Evening – End your day with a visit to Lagoa da Conceição, a popular spot for nightlife. Enjoy dinner at the trendy Empório San Miguel and then check out the bars and clubs in the area.

Day 2 in Florianópolis: Santo Antônio de Lisboa

Morning – Take a day trip to the neighboring island of Santa Catarina. Enjoy a scenic drive along the coast. Visit the historic Santo Antônio de Lisboa district and explore the quaint streets and shops.

Afternoon – Head to the stunning Lagoinha do Leste beach, accessible only by a hiking trail through the Atlantic Forest. Enjoy the pristine sand and turquoise waters, and be sure to pack a picnic lunch.

Evening – Return to Florianopolis for dinner at the top-rated restaurant Ostradamus, known for their delicious oysters and seafood.

Day 3 in Florianópolis: Beach Day

Day 5 in Florianópolis:
