The longest route, 80 km, starts at Molhes Beach, in Laguna. This spot is known for artisanal fishing, often carried out with the help of dolphins. From Laguna, the athletes follow the beaches of Mar Grosso, Iró, Gi, and Sol, crossing the city of Imbituba and passing 11 other beaches, including the famous Praia da Vila and Praia do Rosa. In Garopaba, the runners run along the beaches of Ouvidor, Barra, Ferrugem, Silveira, and Vigia, until reaching the finish line at Central Beach.

Terrain and Challenges
The race is notable for its diversity of landOnly 7% of the course is paved, with the remainder consisting of beach sand, dirt roads, trails, and dunes. This mix of surfaces offers a significant technical challenge for runners, requiring varied skills and adequate preparation. The course is divided into nine checkpoints, where runners exchange in team events. The distances between checkpoints vary between 3.4 km and 13 km, providing moments for recovery and strategy during the race.
