Luxury in Modular Architecture – Casa Silva by Architect Felipe Savassi

Luxury in Modular Architecture: Casa Silva
Project and Text: Architect Felipe Savassi @felipesavassi
On a slope with a high slope stands Casa Silva, luxury in modular architecture, starting from the relief and extending towards the horizon. Initially, the topography was taken advantage of to create two large areas for the house.
Firstly, the ground floor, where the main activities of the house take place. And secondly, the leisure area, one floor below, which has large external support areas.
Thus, the house was proposed with four containers, grouped into two modules with a central patio. One module for social and living areas, and another for bedrooms and private environments.
The covered and open central patio functions as a gathering and transition space between the two modules.

Luxury living in Modular Architecture

The living module has a living room, balconies, kitchen, toilet, service area and technical area. The private module has 3 suites, one of which is for guests, and balcony areas. In the living module, we sought to create spaces that promote coexistence and interaction between residents.
In this way, seeking to establish multiple relationships between internal and external spaces; between the living room, the balcony, the kitchen and the patio.

The private module has a more intimate and cozy character, without losing views of the local landscape.
The lower floor, where the leisure area is located, has a gourmet space, sauna, gym, garage, infinity pool, whirlpool and kennel.

Modular Architecture to enhance natural visuals

The leisure area faces the beautiful landscape that surrounds the house. In this way, taking advantage of Luxury in modular architecture and valuing the visuals, ambiance and spatialities. Those who seek to value contact with nature and open space.
