At CASACOR Rio 2023, the Brando Barbosa mansion comes to life as an exclusive hotel. Some of the most renowned architecture, interior design and landscaping professionals designed 43 unique environments. The Exuberance of the Environments

The CASACOR Rio 2023 environments are a true visual spectacle, offering a diverse range of experiences for visitors. From cool bars to charming restaurants, each space has been meticulously designed. Perfect for captivating the senses and providing memorable moments. Therefore, the 12 thousand m² of gardens, with species from the Atlantic Forest, add a hint of nature and tranquility to the environment. And they create a harmonious contrast with the sophisticated architecture.

Respect for History and Architecture

A striking feature of CASACOR Rio 2023 is the respect for the history and original architecture of the Brando Barbosa mansion. The professionals incorporated elements such as stunning chandeliers, elaborate ceilings, luxurious floors and murano door handles into the designs. In this way, they preserve the authenticity of the building. The State Institute of Cultural Heritage (INEPAC) carefully monitors all interventions on the listed property, ensuring the preservation of the historical integrity of the site.

An Enhanced Visiting Experience

CASACOR Rio 2023 organizers have meticulously planned the visiting experience to engage visitors from the moment they walk through the entrance. Therefore, the route begins in the central courtyard, remembering the days when the Brando Barbosa couple welcomed their guests. From that point, we guide visitors through the first floor of the main house. In other words, where they transformed the environment into something comparable to a luxury hotel. Therefore, each space was designed, from the reception to the piano bar and the gourmet kitchen, aiming to create an immersive and welcoming experience.

A Sustainable Garden Full of News

Currently in the mansion's gardens, a series of new features await visitors. In this edition, CASACOR Rio dares even more, presenting nine sustainable bungalows of different sizes, as well as four stores built in thermoacoustic housing modules. These innovative, container-like structures not only offer a unique experience, but also highlight the commitment to sustainability.

Trends that captivate the senses

CASACOR Rio 2023 not only explores visual beauty, but also seeks to captivate visitors' senses. Trends include the vibrant color palette. That is, from vibrant shades of red, blue and green to natural tones, such as terracotta. In this way, decorative effects on ceilings and walls, such as ombré and burnt cement, create textures and sensations that sharpen the senses.

A return to artisanal and organic

The exhibition also celebrates craftsmanship and organic textures. In other words, handmade furniture, objects and coverings are everywhere, adding a feeling of authenticity and warmth to the environments. As well, wood, in panels and muxarabis, is a dominant element, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Furthermore, the organic furniture with curved shapes and attention to detail highlight the search for a unique and engaging experience.

In this way, by transforming the Brando Barbosa mansion into a boutique hotel with 43 exclusive environments, the exhibition redefines the idea of accommodation and hospitality. As a result of this union between the building's rich history and contemporary trends, there is a unique experience that will captivate both design enthusiasts and lovers of architectural beauty.
