The capital of Santa Catarina, our very own Florian\u00f3polis, will host an unmissable event for wine lovers: the Floripa Wine Festival 2024. On August 17th and 18th, MULTI Open Shopping at Rio Tavares will host the first edition of this festival. With a curated program that prioritizes wineries from Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, and Chile, the festival offers a unique opportunity for wine lovers to discover more than 35 selected labels. Furthermore, it will be accompanied by high-quality cuisine and musical attractions for all tastes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to Expect from the Floripa Wine Festival 2024?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Floripa Wine Festival aims to elevate the wine and gastronomy experience in the capital of Santa Catarina, offering visitors an immersion into the world of high-quality wines. The event is promoted by MULTI Open Shopping in partnership with F\u00e1brica Produtora de Eventos and Adega Nacional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mariana Rotter, MULTI's marketing manager, the festival aims to add value to the city's traditional events program and promote wine culture in a cozy urban setting, perfect for winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the wineries that will be present, renowned names stand out, such as Abreu and Garcia<\/strong>, from Campo Belo do Sul, Santa Catarina. Snow Farm<\/strong> It is Villa Francioni<\/strong>, both from S\u00e3o Joaquim, Santa Catarina. Don Guerino<\/strong>, from Alto Feliz, Rio Grande do Sul. Core<\/strong>, from Bento Gon\u00e7alves, Rio Grande do Sul. And Terroir Collection<\/strong>, from the Itata Valley in Chile. Therefore, each of these wineries will bring a special selection of labels to the festival, offering the public a diverse and high-quality flavor experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the vast selection of wines, the Floripa Wine Festival will also offer a gastronomic experience that pairs perfectly with the wines on offer. From light appetizers to more elaborate main courses, the gastronomy will be one of the festival's highlights, ensuring an irresistible pairing with the wines on offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music is a key component of the Floripa Wine Festival. Over the two-day event, the audience can enjoy a diverse musical lineup, with live performances ranging from jazz to instrumental music. On Saturday, August 17, entertainment kicks off at 11 a.m. with DJ Djalma 70, followed by DJ Gus Caran, Nakatomi Plaza, Bebeco Rocha, and Nouvella. On Sunday, August 18, the music continues at noon with DJ Makal, Lummi Instrumental, Jessie Jazz, and Papa Swamp. All performances will take place on the stage located in the MULTI's back parking lot, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusive Entrance and Cup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Admission to the festival is free, but to taste the wines, you'll need to purchase an exclusive glass, created especially for the event. This item will not only allow attendees to sample the available wines, but will also serve as a souvenir of the festival's first edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
